Return & Refund Policy
Every piece we make is created just for you — printed, engraved, or personalized to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges.
That said, we stand behind everything that leaves our shop.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a defect, or isn't what you ordered, that's on us — and we'll make it right. Reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Order Issues
Please double-check spelling, names, and dates when placing a personalized order — we engrave and print exactly what's submitted. We're not able to offer refunds or replacements for errors in information provided at checkout, but if you catch a mistake quickly, contact us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before production begins.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund any time before production starts. Once your piece is in production, we're no longer able to cancel it.
